Neftali Guajardo, RN and Graciela Guajardo, RN created All Generations Health Care in 2008 both being Registered Nurses, it has been our life’s mission to help individuals with their medical conditions. Neftali Guajardo, RN and Graciela Guajardo, RN share the same vision — to touch as many lives as we can and put to use the compassion and care that God has entrusted to us.

- Anyone recovering from surgery or illness who requires medical care or assistance in learning to live with a new diagnosis.
- Anyone that meets medical necessity
- If you have Medicare and are homebound. For Home Health only.
